We aim to make selling your vehicle to us a super easy and great customer experience, but we do need your help in the process. For online submission and in-store purchases, please have the following information:
- Year, make and model of the vehicle you would like to sell.
- VIN # of the vehicle
- Odometer reading.
- Your title status. Do you have a title, or is there a lienholder?
- If there is a lienholder, you must have a 10 day payoff letter from the lender within 2 days of sale to us.
- A photo ID of the seller will be required by our buyers upon contact.
- Seller must be registered / titled owner.
- You will be asked to submit a current address, phone # and email address.
- Once bike is evaluated by one of our buyers an offer will be made based on the information provided to us.
- Once a final price is agreed upon, paperwork will be sent for signature electronically.
- Payment is then arranged via our payment options.
- In the event their is a lienholder on the vehicle, $500.00 will be held from proceeds on any payoff until the title is received by SellYourUsedBike.
- A convenient pick-up time will then be arranged with you.
In-store purchases at WOW Motorcycles
- The Process takes approximately 1 hour.
- The vehicle is evaluated by an in-house buyer at the time of arrival.
- Upon agreement to purchase and price range, motorcycle is then inspected by WOW’s service team.
- Once the inspection is completed, final purchase price is determined. Once a purchase price is agreed upon, processing of the sale will begin.
- Once the selling process is completed and signed by the seller, payment will be made in the form of one of our payment options.
- In the event their is a lienholder on the vehicle, $500.00 will be held from proceeds on any payoff until the title is received by WOW Motorcycles.
- A convenient pick-up time will then be arranged with you.
